Return & Refund Policy

At HealthFireIce, we stand behind the quality of our wellness products. Because many of our items are large, specialized, and built for long-term performance, our return and refund policy is structured to ensure fairness and product integrity. We intend to do our best to make the process as smooth for you as possible. This is the overall return and refund policy. For further details and rates (where available) please read the policies attached to the products you intend to buy on our website.


1. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before shipment. Cancellation fee of 5% may apply for all Revive products after the order is placed. Cancellation is free of cost for all other brands.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or prepared for shipment and may not be eligible for cancellation and return policy may apply.

2. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Return request is made within 30 days of delivery

  • Return request has to be approved

  • Item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging

  • Product is in resalable condition

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Due to the nature of wellness equipment, used or installed products cannot be returned unless defective. 


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Installed or used large sized products or other used items. 

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards


4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival. 

Customers are responsible for correct return label. HealthFireIce will provide the return shipping address. 

For returns this may apply:

  • Return freight must be arranged through approved carriers

  • Original packaging is required for safe transport

  • All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Description of the problem

We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund depending on the situation.


6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 7–14 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


7. Warranty Support

Many of our products include manufacturer or performance warranties. Warranty claims are handled according to the product warranty terms. All warranties are at least 1 year or longer. 


8. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.


9. Refused Deliveries

If delivery is refused without prior authorization:

  • Shipping costs

  • Storage fees

  • Return freight charges

may be deducted from your refund.
