At HealthFireIce we are committed to delivering your premium wellness equipment safely and efficiently. Because many of our products are large and require specialized handling, shipping timelines and methods may vary. This is the overall policy but for shipping details of the manufacturer please read their policy as available on the product page. 


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Processing may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or high-demand product launches

Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.


2. Shipping Methods

Depending on the product and location, orders may ship via:

  • Standard Ground Shipping

  • Freight / White Glove Delivery (for large equipment)

Some large products require scheduled delivery appointments.

Products such as infrared saunas, cold plunge tubs, float tanks are considered oversized/large products and typically:

  • Ship via ground or LTL freight carriers
  • Include curbside delivery as standard
  • May incur additional handling fees
  • May offer optional White Glove Delivery (in-home setup) at additional cost on select models

3. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on location and product type:

  • Standard Items: 3–7 business days

  • Large Equipment / Freight Delivery: 7–21 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to carrier or external factors.


4. Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping to 48 lower states for all large products. We currently do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), or military APO/FPO addresses.

Some exceptions may include:

  • For smaller items and salt, shipping cost may apply. Please contact us for further information at info@healthfireice.com. 

  • Expedited Shipping for an added fee may be available for certain products. Availability varies by supplier and product. Please contact us for further information. 

  • Shipment to other areas and countries may be arranged if the customer is ready to bear the cost and if the shipment is possible at all. Please contact us for further information. 

5. White Glove Delivery and personal assistance for setup (If Applicable)

For select premium products, White Glove Delivery may include:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment

  • Inside placement

  • Unboxing and packaging removal

  • Basic setup (varies by product)

Availability may vary by location. We can help arrange white glove delivery and personal service if available by the manufacturer. Contact us for further information. 


6. Delivery Requirements

Customers must ensure:

  • Someone is available to receive the delivery

  • Delivery access is clear and safe

  • Correct shipping address is provided at checkout

Additional delivery attempts or storage fees may apply if delivery fails.


7. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of packaging and product damage

  • Description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the situation.


8. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Carrier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Supply chain disruptions


9. International Shipping

International shipping availability may vary depending on the manufacturer. You may contact us for further information. In case international shipping is possible the customer is responsible for:

  • Import duties

  • Taxes

  • Customs fees


10. Incorrect Shipping Information

HealthFireIce is not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
