Shipping
Free shipping is offered to all our customers within the 48 contiguous United States. This includes the sauna, heater, and any accessories included in your order. You will be informed about every step. We will be in touch with you and assist you all the way.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on the specific Golden Designs model and current availability. Some units ship quickly, while others may require additional lead time. Our goal is to deliver your shipment to your destination between 5-10 days. For the most accurate estimate, feel free to reach out to us.
Freight Delivery
All Golden Designs saunas ship via LTL freight, which requires a scheduled delivery appointment. The carrier will contact you in advance to arrange a convenient delivery time.
All big items will be delivered curbside only on a pallet by a freight carrier. Customer is responsible for moving the product indoors after delivery, unpacking, assembly, and installation.
White glove service
If you want to have your sauna brought inside your home to any room, you can either arrange it yourself or we can help you arranging the service.
Premium Installation & Assembly
If you want the installation and/or electrical work done for you then you can either arrange it yourself or we will help you find the best possible service.
