Remote setup guidance is available via video call with Dreampod’s technical team. Includes software configuration, system check, and live maintenance walkthrough
First video conference: A technician gives you a complete overview of the assembly and installation instructions before or during setup.
Second video call: Once the pod is put together, a technician helps you configure the software and run a full systems check.
Training session: The technical team also provides free virtual training on how to operate and maintain your pod, along with checklists.

As an authorized partner, we assist with coordinating warranty claims and provide support throughout the process.
Coverage includes:
- 1-Year or longer Warranty on all electronic, mechanical, and structural components of Dreampod products.
- Replacement or repair of defective parts using new or refurbished components (at the manufacturer's discretion)
- Proof of purchase is required. Warranty coverage applies only to original end-user purchasers and does not cover units that have been modified or tampered with.

- Damaged on arrival? If you documented damage on the Bill of Lading at delivery, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will handle the freight claim and arrange a replacement. No restocking fee applies to properly documented freight damage claims. We will find a solution together.

What is a Dreampod?
A Dreampod is a type of sensory deprivation or flotation tank. It uses a combination of high-density Epsom salt water, skin-temperature water, and a soundproof/dark environment to induce profound physical and mental relaxation. By removing external stimulation and gravity, the pod enables the body to enter "another dimension" facilitating deep healing and stress reduction
How much space do I need for my Dreampods?
The Dreampod pods are available in different sizes and shapes to accommodate various spaces. Our flagship V2 float tank, for instance, can fit in a 10′ by 14′ area. How long does the delivery take?
For U.S customers you might be able to receive your DreamPod in as short as just 7 days if shipped from our Utah Warehouse. Financing Options available also!
Do you help with the initial setup?
Remote installation and assembly instructions for the pods can be provided. A Dreampod technician will arrange for a video conference to provide you with a comprehensive overview of the assembly instructions.Once the pod is assembled, we will have a second video call to configure the software and conduct a thorough systems check. After the pod(s) has been checked, the technician will provide you with detailed training on the maintenance and operation of your pod(s). You will also receive the necessary documents and checklists to ensure the process is properly completed.
Having our technician come over for assembly is also an option. He will assemble, test and train you on the functions and maintenance of the pod(s). The cost for this service including travel and lodge will be separate.
Is the Dreampod fully automated and what does this mean?
The Dreampod is completely automatic, making handling and managing very easy. The Dreampod features an automatic filtration system, which will automatically kick in after each float.
What is the maintenance of the Dreampod tank like?
It is very easy to clean around the motors and the pods. Normal cleaning is advised depending on your situation and requirement.
Pump: just remove the engine box and clean around the components with a damp cloth soaked in warm water.
Filter bag: You will need to change a filter bag once or twice per month, depending on how busy the Dreampod is.
Salt: You will also need to add salt once per month or depending on how busy that tank is.
What can I do if something breaks down?
Dreampod are the manufacturers. We are the direct link to the Dreampod, so there are no middlemen involved in getting components. All parts would be sent with in 24 hours. Our trouble shooting team is available 24/7.
Does my Dreampod float tank come with a warranty?
Our products do come with a warranty of ONE (1) YEAR from the time of purchase. Please make sure you have a copy of the receipt and that the floatation device has not been tampered with to qualify for warranty, repairs and/or exchanges.
My device was defective. What do I do?
If your Dreampod float pod or ice bath experiences any damage or malfunction, please contact our support team. We are committed to providing prompt assistance and will connect you with the manufacturers who will fix any issue you might have.
